Laser hair therapy (LHT)

is a new non-surgical method for treating hair loss, thinning hair, and dry itchy problems with the scalp. LHT is medically tested and effective for men and women who are suffering from hair loss. This non invasive process utilizes a therapeutic device containing cool low level light lasers developed in Europe for the treatment of hair loss and diseases of the scalp.

Men and women between the ages of 18 and 91, suffering from thinning or excess hair loss will benefit from laser hair therapy (LHT).

Low Level Lasers are "soft" or "cold" lasers that do not have the thermal component to cut or burn tissue. Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) is based on the scientific principle of photobio-therapy, which occurs when laser light is absorbed by cells. LLLT was first used to treat ulcers in diabetics with poor blood supply. The lasers improved blood flow and an astonishing side affect was noticed: where the laser beam focused, body hair grew thicker and longer than the surrounding hair!
