In 2005, Dr. Northrup wrote a book that is very dear to her heart called Mother-Daughter Wisdom: Understanding the Crucial Link Between Mothers, Daughters, and Health (Bantam), which explores how the mother-daughter bond sets the stage for a woman’s health throughout her life cycle.

From the minute it hit the bookshelves, Mother-Daughter Wisdom began to receive accolades.
